From a coaching perspective, I will work with individuals and teams, on a project basis, with set goals and time periods defined by you. I have helped teams develop greater effectiveness in meeting the ever-changing market demands by enhancing resilience, communication and finding ways to bring meaning and authenticity into the work they do. Individuals work on exploring their personal value system and aligning that to their career ambitions.
I incorporate my expertise in executive development, mindfulness, and psychology into my coaching work. In addition to being a certified life coach, I am also a member of the Hogan Independent Coaching Network. I am certified to provide an array of their assessments, and interpret the results with you, to complement our work together.
Coaching vs. Counseling
Please note that counseling is not coaching and coaching is not counseling. They are very different modalities. If I begin working with you as a coach, and we discover that you require counseling, I will refer you out to another counselor. Likewise, I do not provide coaching work to counseling clients. Please be in touch if you would like to discuss further in order to determine your needs.
My individual coaching rates vary based on needs and any travel expenses, if required, are added to that. Individual coaching can be done in-person at your office location (if employer provided), my office or over the phone, Skype, or Facetime.
Team coaching is generally best done in-person, at your office, and some follow-up sessions may be done over phone or video conferencing.
I am available for a free initial 20-minute phone consultation for individual or team coaching requests. I accept cash, check, Zelle/QuickPay, or PayPal for coaching services.
Hogan Assessment Certified
