Meditation and mindfulness have been in the media for the last few years and the various mental, physical, and psychological benefits have become more widely known. While it is not a cure-all, a regular meditation practice can help you attain greater mental flexibility, resilience, and physical wellness as soon as you begin a practice. However, it is like anything you commit to doing; you must do it in order to see the change. Otherwise, it’s like getting a gym membership on January 2nd and never going to the gym. No consistent practice = no results.
As a teacher of meditation, my goal is to help you find tools and techniques that resonate with you to live a more mindful existence. Less anxiety. Better sleep. More resilience. Sounds good, right? It is possible.
Mindful Living Workshop
While I have studied and practiced Vedic Meditation regularly for a decade, I have also gained extensive knowledge in other forms of mindfulness. I regularly offer Mindful Living workshops in Chicago and Evanston. These workshops are at affordable rates, 2 hours in length, and announcements on these workshops can be found below. RSVPs are required due to space constraints. Anyone can benefit from attending a session. I do not teach Vedic Meditation in these workshops, but provide you with an array of options so that you can find what suits you and your personality/lifestyle best.
Mindful Leadership Workshop
